Grand Café de Perroen used to be my favourite pub when I studied in Maastricht in the eighties. It is still a nice place with an indoor courtyard with restaurant. Staff is very friendly and efficient, surrounding sound is not too noisy thanks to the high (glass) ceiling and food is ok, especially the meat and the fish dishes.
